Important Information About Your Reproducible Subscription Copyright

If you choose a single-school subscription, you may reproduce, in print and electronically (via this website or your intranet—see note below), each issue for the parents of students in that building only. If you choose a district subscription, you may reproduce each issue for the parents of students in more than one building according to the district size you select. The district subscription categories are:

• Smallest district: up to 500 students
• Small district: 501 to 2,500 students
• Medium district: 2,501 to 10,000 students
• Large district: 10,000 to 25,000 students
• Largest district: over 25,000 students

If you decide to add buildings or your district size changes, please contact us so that we may adjust your subscription accordingly. This license may also be used as authorization for a copy house to reproduce the publications for your school or district. Your copyright license is valid for the school year to which you subscribed. Any unauthorized photocopying, scanning, or electronic distribution such as cable or commercial television or radio, is prohibited by the Federal Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 101 et seq.).

Note: This copyright allows you to post the newsletter PDF image, in its entirety, to your school website during the school year to which you subscribed. It also allows you to include specific articles from our newsletter in your school’s newsletter as long as you note that the material is copyrighted by Resources for Educators, a Division of CCH Incorporated. It does not allow you to link your school website directly to our website or to the newsletters on it.
